Senate Bill 126 (Senator Boscola): Amends Title 42 to intercept lottery winnings to pay outstanding court-ordered obligations, such as restitution, fines and costs.

Senate Bill 127 (Senator Boscola): Amends Title 42 to intercept state income tax refunds to pay outstanding court-ordered obligations, such as restitution, fines and costs.

Senate Bill 201 (Senator Schwank): Amends the PA Farmland and Forest Land Assessment Act, also known as Clean and Green, by clarifying who can operate a rural enterprise incidental to the land receiving preferential assessment.

Senate Bill 489 (Senator Yaw): Amends the Check Casher Licensing Act to lower the fee licensed check cashers can charge for cashing government issued checks, makes changes related to the Department of Banking and Securities’ powers to require public posting of fees, and allows recovery of losses due to fraudulent representation.

Senate Bill 731 (Senator Dinniman): Requires comprehensive financial reporting by the State Board of Education during the regulation process for Keystone Exams.

Senate Bill 927 (Senator Scavello): Provides for Senate confirmation of the members of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC).

Senate Bill 983 (Senator McGarrigle): Amends Title 75 to allow parents and/or guardians of adult children, whom are in their care, to receive disability license plates.

House Bill 753 (Representative Schlegel): Establishes the Pennsylvania Long-Term Care Council.
