SB 430 – (Fontana) – Enacts the Carbon Monoxide Alarm Standards in Child Care Facilities Act.

SB 1125 – (Martin) – Amends the Local Tax Collection Law to allow individual school districts the option to extend their property tax discount periods and their base periods, as well as to waive penalties for payments through June 30, 2021.

SB 1166 – (K.Ward) – Constitutional amendment providing for the duration of emergency disaster declarations and a process for extending those declarations.

HB 617 – (Gillespie) – Provides for a discounted hunting license for volunteer hunter trapper education instructors.

HB 632 – (Rothman) – Amends Title 75 to permit insurance companies to use a secure power of attorney form and to allow the form to be completed electronically.

HB 2502 – (Mihalek) – Amends the Administrative Code to add a new section requiring a report on the 2020 General Primary Election.
