SB 85 – (Phillips-Hill) – Amends Section 205 & Section 207 of the Dog Law to expand license fee exemptions for service dogs and make technical changes.
SB 655 – (Boscola) – Establishes the Nurse Licensure Compact Act.
SB 1188 – (Blake) – Amends the Local Tax Enabling Act (LTEA) to amend the calculation of local tax limitations contained in the LTEA.
HB 364 – (Gabler) – Amends Title 75 to impose civil violations for a failure to stop for a school bus with flashing red lights and to permit school vehicles to be equipped with one yellow flashing and revolving light, either permanently affixed to the roof or removable.
HB 808 – (Mehaffie) – Amends Title 30 to authorize the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission to establish fees.
HB 1003 – (Gillespie) – Amends Title 30 to address safety and marking of low head “run-of-the-river” dams, and to set new criminal penalties.
HB 1185 – (Mentzer) – Amends Title 30 to increase and/or clarify penalties relating to damage to Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission property; littering, boating education, boating under the influence and aggravated assault by watercraft.
HB 1188 – (Wentling) – Amends Title 34 to remove the restriction on the use of infrared, thermal and similar night vision optics for the hunting of game.
HB 1538 – (White) – Amends the Prisons and Parole Code to require that certain offenders must wait three years to re-apply for parole.
HB 1710 – (Hennessey) – Amends Title 72 to require PennDOT to issue a USA semiquincentennial registration license plate.
HB 1796 – (White) – Amends the First Class City Business Tax Reform Act to increase the authorized net operating loss carry-forward period for businesses with certain tax liabilities in the City of Philadelphia from three years to 20 years.
HB 2418 – (O’Neal) – Amends the Administrative Code to extend the sunset date of the Geospatial Coordinating Board and to provide for a COVID-19 debt cost reduction review.
