SB 109 (Laughlin) – Amends the Dam Safety and Encroachments Act by adding definitions and establishing fee amounts.

SB 225 (Dush) – Amends Title 26 (Eminent Domain) to require an agency that acquires property on which a business is conducted to compensate the owner of the business for the loss of goodwill if the property is acquired through eminent domain.

SB 333 (Keefer) – Amends the Regulatory Review Act to require concurrent resolutions by the General Assembly for economically significant regulations.

SB 444 (Brooks) – Amends the Regulatory Review Act to require a review of an economically significant regulation after three years.

SB 468 (Langerholc) – Amends Title 74 (Transportation) by establishing interstate agreements for expert drone research and development.

SB 719 (Hutchinson) – Amends the CPA Law to provide for license mobility.

SB 748 (Farry) – Amends the Board of Wardens for the Port of Philadelphia Act to increase rates of pilotage and computation and pilotage fees.

HB 238 (Benninghoff) – Amends Title 75 (Transportation) by codifying acceptable forms of identification for a REAL ID.

HB 240 (Benninghoff) – Amends Title 75 (Transportation) to provide that the physical examination for a school bus driver may include a hearing test.

HB 467 (Deasy) – Amends the Liquor Code to reduce the time required for notification for off premises catering permits related to an end-of-life memorial event.
