Agenda

SB 1311 – (Laughlin) – Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) establishing a felony animal abuser registry.
SB 1485 – (Vogel) – Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) to clarify that any applicant seeking a license related to the care or training of horses, racing activities, pari-mutuel wagering, security, or the management of licensed racing entities, including officers and directors, must submit their fingerprints to the Pennsylvania State Police for a state criminal history record check.
HB 1006 – (Kerwin) – Amends the Milk Marketing Law (Act 105 of 1937) to increase the milk tester and milk weigher/sampler certification periods from one to two years.
HB 2014 – (Scott) – Amends the Child Labor Act to make changes to restrictions for 14 and 15 year-olds serving with volunteer emergency services organizations.
HB 2336 – (Neilson) – Amends Title 75 (Vehicles), requiring the Department of Transportation to include at least one question relating to safe driving in work zones on the driver’s license examination.
HB 2555 – (Hanbidge) – Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) to require equine infectious anemia testing and recordkeeping for equine sales.
