Agenda

SB 224 – (Argall) – Amends the Pennsylvania Election Code by moving the date of the General primary
    for 2024 from its current date of the fourth Tuesday in April to March 19, 2024.
SB 654 – (Bartolotta) – Amends the Tax Reform Code to allow a taxpayer to claim a percentage depletion
    deduction for depletion of a of a mine, oil and gas well and other natural deposit inconformity with federal law.
SB 815 – (Baker) – Amends the Tax Reform Code to provide that the grantor of a trust who is treated
    as the owner of the trust pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 shall be obligated to pay the appropriate
    Pennsylvania income taxes.
HB 27 – (Struzzi) – Amends the Public School Code to temporarily extend or make permanent certain
    substitute teacher and classroom monitor permit provisions implemented under Act 91 of 2021.
HB 797 – (B. Miller) – Amends the State Highway Law by requiring PennDOT to plant native vegetation
    along state highways where feasible.
HB 1171 – (Hill-Evans) – Amends the Combustible and Flammable Liquids Act to change the maximum
    distance that a fuel dispensing system can be from the master control emergency shut-off device.
