Agenda

SB 7 – (Aument) – Amends the Public School Code to require school entities to develop a policy that
provides parental control of instructional materials and books containing sexually explicit content.

SB 340 – (Mastriano) – Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to require a school entity to post curriculum
information online.

SB 438 – (Bartolotta) – Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to establish a Veteran-Owned Business Logo to be
used by veteran-owned businesses.

SB 689 – (Yaw) – Amends the Dam Safety and Encroachments Act to allow municipalities and PennDOT to
apply for a permit to continuously maintain, inspect and monitor watercourses, water obstructions and
encroachments specified within permits.

SB 690 – (Yaw) – Amends the Dam Safety and Encroachments Act to allow county conservation district
stream reconstruction emergency permit authorizations.

SB 959 – (Robinson) – Amends the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act to provide for the
automatic scheduling of a substance when the substance is added to the schedules as a controlled substance
under federal law.

HB 295 – (Rabb) – Realigns the product registration process and tonnage reporting under the soil and plant
amendment law contained in Title 3 (Agriculture).

HB 1170 – (Sappey) – Renames the Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board to the Pennsylvania Milk Board.
