Agenda

SB 139 – (Mastriano) Amends the Public School Code to provide for a moment of silence in schools for the
anniversary of September 11, 2001.

SB 822 – (Phillips-Hill) Creates the Museum Unclaimed Loaned Property Act.

SB 1226 – (Baker) Amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) to
provide that a court shall expunge the record of a juvenile under enumerated
circumstances and to require a Chief Juvenile Probation Officer to notify the court
of a juvenile’s eligibility for such expungement.

SB 1227 – (Baker) Amends the Human Services Code to provide services for dependent and delinquent
juveniles consistent with those of the Juvenile Act.

SB 1228 – (Baker) Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) to require courts to hold
disposition review hearings at least every three months to ensure that a child
committed to out-of-home placement is receiving necessary services and
treatment.

SB 1229 – (Baker) Amends the Human Services Code to add the cost of counsel to the list of costs for
which the Department of Human Services is to reimburse counties in juvenile
proceedings.

SB 1282 – (Pittman) Amends the Economic Development Agency, Fiduciary and Lender Environmental
Liability Protection Act to extend environmental liability protections to land banks.

HB 103 – (Schmitt) Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial
Procedure) further providing for the offense of harassment of law enforcement
officer.

HB 220 – (Rader) Amends the Administrative Code regarding admission to treatment and
rehabilitative facilities.

HB 2209 – (Major) Amends Title 68 (Real and Personal Property) to change the definition of a quorum
to include a combination of both virtual and physical attendees at a land bank
meeting.

HB 2210 – (Pennycuick) Amends the Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservatorship Act to expand the
definition of party of interest to include land banks.

HB 2538 – (Lewis DelRosso) Amends the State Lottery Law to extend the expiration of the required profit margin.
